What we do
One trade, done completely — from the shingle line to the end of the underground drain.
Gutter cleaning
The full cleanout, every run of gutter. “Complete” has been the first word of the service since 1990, and it's meant literally.
Downspout flushing
A scooped gutter with a clogged downspout still overflows. Downspouts get flushed until water runs through, which is where the "Flushers" comes from.
Underground drain flushing
Buried extensions and underground drains — the part nobody can see backing up until water is at the foundation — flushed clear.
Minor gutter repairs
Loose spikes, small leaks, sagging runs — minor repairs handled on the spot rather than left for a second appointment.

When to call
Gutters in Johnson County have a calendar.
The big one. Leaves come down for weeks, and a full gutter in November is an ice dam in January. Book the cleanout before the trees finish, or right after.
Seed pods, maple helicopters and storm debris load gutters just as the heavy rain arrives. A spring flush keeps the summer downpours moving.
Water pouring over the edge mid-rain, or a downspout that's stopped running — that's a call now, not a note for the weekend.
